RJLG Welcomes New President and COO Alex Sciulli
(Monroeville, PA - May 6, 2009) RJ Lee Group, Inc. (RJLG) announced today that its board of directors has appointed Alex G. Sciulli, P.E., D.E.E. as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Sciulli joins RJLG having most recently served as executive vice president, director of corporate real estate services at National City Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr. Sciulli's career has spanned more than 30 years. He has held a
number of senior executive positions, including City of
Pittsburgh's director of engineering and construction, water, and
public works departments, before moving on to senior vice president
and manager of client services at Camp Dresser & McKee (CDM),
and eventually moving into the financial services industry at
Mellon Financial Corporation as senior vice president, director of
corporate operations and real estate and then on to an executive
vice president role at National City Corporation. As the director
of corporate operations and real estate for Mellon and National
City, Alex enabled the departments to increase efficiencies and
enhance their value as strategic business partners.
Preceding his affiliation with Mellon and National City, Mr.
Sciulli was a senior vice president with CDM, one of the largest
civil and environmental consulting firms in the U.S. There, he was
responsible for managing seven regional offices in the Mid-Atlantic
States. During his tenure at CDM, his region grew rapidly from less
than $10 million in gross revenues to more than $52 million. He
helped expand the Pittsburgh office of CDM from 5 to 92 engineers
and scientists in less than five years.
Mr. Sciulli also served in local government for the City of
Pittsburgh. His responsibilities included management of the City's
infrastructure program for roads, bridges, water and sewer
infrastructure, the water treatment plant and open reservoirs, and
all city-owned buildings and recreational facilities. Mr. Sciulli
also has considerable experience in the mining industry, first as a
project manager with Orbital Engineering and later as a senior
technical engineer with Mine Safety and Health Administration
(MSHA).
Mr. Sciulli has a bachelors and masters degree in civil engineering
and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a registered
professional engineer (P.E.) in five states including Pennsylvania.
He is also a Diplomat with the American Academy of Environmental
Engineers (DEE). He is married and has two grown children.
