Job Summary:
RJ LeeGroup, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced systems architect to lead its Production Operations group which is one of three functional groups (Support, Infrastructure, and Production Operations) in the System Administration department. This group will work closely with the Infrastructure group and the Software Development department to design, implement and maintain enterprise class environments that maximize reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of mission critical software systems.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to):
• Deploy, configure, and monitor mission critical system components (web servers, application servers, database servers)
• Design hardware and network infrastructure for development, test, and production environments
• Define platform requirements, performance measurements, capacity planning, and security standards
• Define, produce, and report system operations metrics
• Lead, manage, and actively participate in all Production Operations activity
Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 + years of professional IT experience
• Windows Server 2003, Windows NT, Windows XP
• Web Server Administration (e.g. Apache, IIS)
• Application Server Administration (e.g. Tomcat, JBoss)
• Database Server Administration (e.g. SqlServer, Oracle)
• SQL including stored procedures
• Java/J2ee (architecture level knowledge and experience)
• LDAP/Active Directory
• Network/Hardware Engineering
• Disaster Recovery Procedures and Tools

Desired:
• Continuous Build
• Scripting Languages (e.g. shell, ant, ruby)
• Programming (Java/J2ee, PHP, .NET, C++)
• Reporting Servers (e.g. Jasper, SqlServer Reporting)
• PKI
