When a leading manufacturer of crayons faced allegations charging their product contained asbestos, they contacted RJ Lee Group (RJLG). The samples were analyzed using scanning electron, transmission electron and optical microscopy. Our materials experts collaborated with international experts on appropriate identification of asbestos fiber and presented the resulting scientific data to disprove the frivolous accusations. The data provided assurances to the manufacturer, the public and the media of the safety of the crayons.
