Industrial Hygiene & Environmental - New Instrument: ECOC Analysis
The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has new standards pertaining to DPM exposure. The regulations use analytical methods for monitoring DPM exposure (acording to NIOSH Method 5040).

RJ Lee Group's analysis of organic carbon (OC) and elemental carbon (EC) is performed using the Sunset Laboratory Carbon Aerosol Analyzer for environmental and workplace monitoring. It incorporates new technology for enhanced accuracy, precision and ease of use, and allows the analyst to use the NIOSH 5040 method to measure OC and EC on quartz filters.
