Fugitive Emission Monitoring

Fugitive emissions are defined as “emissions that are not caught by a capture system and may result from equipment leaks, evaporation or windblown disturbances.”  These pollutants may be emitted from failed gaskets or valves or from the soil at the site.  It is necessary to monitor industrial or agricultural sites to ensure they are not emitting harmful pollutants.  RJLG can design a comprehensive fugitive emissions monitoring program which can assist clients with any or all steps of the process.  We can design the plan, implement it, perform monitoring and analyze samples.  If a compliance issue arises, our experts can recommend the most efficient remediation plan.
