  • Web Seminar: What is Asbestos?: The Challenges of Defining and Characterizing Asbestos in a Changing Regulatory World
    A four week web series beginning January 8, 2009. The series will cover current and future regulations, litigation concerns and the scientific debate about asbestos, plus the merits and weaknesses of the primary analytical methods (XRD, Polarized Light Microscopy, Electron Microscopy) and testing protocols. Each weekly segment will be 30 minutes followed by a Q&A session. This informational seminar will be presented free of charge.
