To better meet the needs of the wine industry RJLG just secured a state of the art wine and juice analytical instrument. In the past we have been called on to analyzed wine for free and total SO2, volatile acidity and alcohol. With our new ThermoFisher instrument we expect the most popular suite of analysis will also include reducing sugars, glucose, fructose, sucrose lactic and malic acid as well as tritratable acidity. But it doesn’t stop there. With a full service environmental laboratory RJLG is able to provide a wide array of waste water sampling.
