Dr. Steven Badger is a consultant for RJLG. Formerly, he was the director of consulting and analytical services. He has over 15 years of experience in management and operations; construction materials; cement, concrete science and technology; mineralogy; engineering chemistry and materials engineering. He has been the lead on field sampling/site investigations, forensic investigations and large research & development projects.
Dr. Badger is a member the American Concrete Institute (ACI), Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST), American Society for Metals (ASM) American Chemical Society (ACS) and the Geological Society of America (GSA).
He has published in peer-reviewed literature.
