Mr. Matthew Sedlak is RJLG's Waynesburg, PA director of IT and office manager for the IT department.  In addition, he is the program manager for the Engine Health Management Plus Data Repository Center (EHM+DRC), Engine Health Management Plus (EHM+) and Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) United States Air Force Propulsion Community programs. Mr. Sedlak achieves these responsibilities by leveraging his 13 years of professional experience in the IT industry. The EHM+DRC is a Department of Defense program funded by the United States Air Force to centralize jet engine data and applications for analysis and dissemination for optimizing the maintenance and improving the health of jet engines. CBM+ is the application and integration of appropriate processes, technologies, and knowledge-based capabilities to improve the reliability and maintenance effectiveness of DoD systems and components.

Prior to joining RJLG in 2004 as a senior project manager, Mr. Sedlak worked ten years as an information technology consultant with progressive work experience in project management, systems analysis, design, development, and testing for both the private and public sector industries. His areas of expertise include: business intelligence, data warehousing, data conversion, homeland security, software development, quality assurance, middleware architecture, systems integration, and business process reengineering.  Previous employment as a consultant includes experience Elliott Company, Deloitte Consulting, and Computer Task Group (CTG).
