Ms. Carmen Lee Koteski is the Manager of CRM Processes at RJLG, providing direction and management of the adoption and implementation of new CRM related tools and methodologies. She has more than 10 years experience of designing, building and implementing enterprise systems in a variety of industries. As champion of CRM Processes, her responsibilities include helping the workforce successfully adapt to new approaches in information management and promoting new methodologies for interaction with internal and external customers.
Prior to RJLG, Carmen worked as a senior software and database developer on multiple commercial products for Printcafe, Inc., a software leader in the printing industry. Her experience also includes being a technical consultant for Oracle Corporation.
