Mr. Bradley Henderson manages scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analytical services for the Biomedical Services Group at RJLG's laboratory at EverGreene Technology Center in Waynesburg, PA.

With 20 years of experience in SEM at RJLG, Mr. Henderson started as an analyst for the materials science and environmental services departments. He has worked in various capacities as an environmental and materials services project manager, environmental services department manager, and the training of personnel in the use of SEM and CCSEM (computer-controlled scanning electron microscopy). His project involvement includes a variety of studies performed for the Electric Power Research Institute, NASA, the U.S. EPA, U.S. Navy and multiple Universities.

Prior, Mr. Henderson participated for several years with RJLG in an educational program established by the Appalachian Regional Commission.  During the course of this program he conducted SEM and x-ray analysis training for teachers and students at West Greene School District in Greene County, PA.  The objective of the program was to introduce members of a rural school district to high technology while incorporating its use in science teaching curricula.  Several high school students have used the program and Mr. Henderson's guidance to win first place awards in Pennsylvania's Junior Academy of Science competitions.

Mr. Henderson has co-authored several scientific publications and presentations pertaining to the use of SEM and CCSEM in environmental and materials science applications.
