Mr. Richard Kautz has 15 years of experience within the X-Ray Diffraction laboratory, of which seven years are as Project Supervisor. Mr. Kautz's laboratory experience consists of preparing samples for respirable crystalline silica analysis by X-ray diffraction. He is responsible for analyzing and reporting the results of the analysis to the clients and manages the laboratory staff.  In addition, he is also responsible for departmental quality control and maintaining procedures for the analysis of crystalline silica by the NIOSH 7500 method.
