Mr. Ryan Hall has ten years of experience in industrial hygiene and analytical chemistry, specifically organic and environmental. In 2007 he was promoted to a sales and customer service representative at RJLG. This role allows him to actively sell the Company's services to a broad mix of clients. He serves as the primary point of laboratory contact for a broad base of clients and issues pricing quotations and final reports. He has also been involved in projects such as lead analysis in artificial grass, surface analysis of lead in paint on toys, and material identification, as well as other high profile technical consulting projects. He came to RJLG as a chemist, where he performed identification and quantification of organic samples using various techniques including GC, GCMS, HPLC and FTIR. He also analyzed samples on a routine basis in accordance with NIOSH, OSHA, ASTM and EPA methodologies.

Prior to his employment at RJLG Mr. Hall was a laboratory analyst for Severn Trent Laboratories (STL), where he performed analysis of methods 8310, 8151, 8011, 8081 and 8082. He was responsible for data entry and review and compiled both standard and CLP report packages. While at STL Sacramento, he managed dioxin analysis subcontract for RJLG's largest environmental assessment project. Earlier, his environmental work at STL Anchorage involved conducting industrial hygiene and environmental sampling events for the Trans Alaska Pipeline. He was responsible for all health and safety operations as well as hazardous waste management.

Mr. Hall is a member of Air and Waste Management Association and Green Building.
