Mr. John Mastovich has worked in the electron microscopy and X-ray Instrumentation industries since 1981, and has a diverse background and experience with many related applications. Mr. Mastovich is experienced in the operation of a variety of electron beam tools and techniques, ranging from standard SEM and TEM to field emission, environmental and Mmcroprobe tools. He has participated in the related demonstration of these tools during the sales cycle and training after the purchase, in a wide range of market sectors.

Mr. Mastovich has experience in evolving the applications as well as the capability of the tools to more efficiently perform the tasks required, with a focus on the nanotechnology and industrial markets. Much of the focus in today's research and quality control requires the ultimate in both resolution and automation performance, and the experience noted above has been invaluable in the pursuit of developing analytical solutions for customers in a wide range of market sectors.

Mr. Mastovich has published in peer-reviewed literature and performed a wide range of technical presentations, including those associated with technical society meetings.
