Iordanidis, Lykourgos - Manager, Corporate Chemistry Laboratory Operations
Dr. Lykourgos Iordanidis has more than 10 years experience as a chemist. He has supervised a team in charge of collecting data in a large-scale environmental study of a building located in lower Manhattan, NY, which was severely impacted by the collapse of the World Trade Center. He processed, interpreted and presented data in the form of written reports; and worked in the R&D of additives which add anticorrosion properties to concrete or repair damaged concrete. Furthermore, he is also involved in a variety of other smaller materials characterization, analytical and litigation projects.

Mr. David James is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at RJLG. In addition, he was recently named Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations & CFO of RJLG's spin-off, Delta-Energy, LLC. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in financial and operations management activities for a wide variety of industries.
Kautz, Richard A. - Project Supervisor X-ray Diffraction Services
Mr. Richard Kautz has 15 years of experience within the X-Ray Diffraction laboratory, of which seven years are as Project Supervisor. Mr. Kautz's laboratory experience consists of preparing samples for respirable crystalline silica analysis by X-ray diffraction.
Kennedy, Stephen - Senior Scientist
Dr. Stephen Kennedy has more than 30 years of experience as a geologist. He has worked extensively on numerous projects involving electron microprobe analysis of soil samples from metal-impacted sites, including a Superfund site; and on a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded project involving the characterization of silt in a fluvial setting.

Dr. Richard Lee is the president of RJ Lee Group, Inc. (RJLG). Levine, Alan M. - Senior Scientist
Dr. Alan Levine has more than 30 years of experience in materials research and laboratory management. He has extensive experience isolating and analyzing agents from water, soil, air, plant and microbial extracts. He has worked in such diverse disciplines as cryogenics and superconductivity to analytical chemistry and purification and characterization of genetically engineered human interferons.
Lopano, Christina - Scientist
Dr. Christina Lopano has more than 5 years of experience with powder X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, electron probe microanalysis and scanning electron microscopy. Her research has involved time-resolved structural analysis of cation exchange reactions with synthetic birnessite using synchrotron X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.

Dr. Farrell Melnick has more than 20 years of experience in assessment and control of environmental, health and safety issues. At RJLG, he leads a team of multi-disciplinary experts focused on addressing environmental monitoring and compliance challenges for some of the largest hospitals in the country. Those services include USP 797 compliance consulting and training, infection control (best practices), employee exposure assessment (industrial health survey), industrial forensics (source identification), insurance claim investigation (worker's compensation, etc.), and environmental monitoring program development (microbial, particulates, endotoxins, and sterility testing).

Mr. Brandon Miller is one of RJLG’s Client Service Representatives, headquartered at RJ Lee Group’s laboratory facility in Monroeville, PA. This comes after twenty years of progressive growth in responsibilities ranging from lab technician to sales and customer technical support functions, within the scope of environmental and industrial hygiene chemical testing and analysis.

Dr. Matthew J. Perricone is a senior scientist and project manager in technical consulting services at RJLG. He has experience as a materials scientist in governmental, academic, and industrial sectors with much of his technical focus on physical metallurgy and joining processes.
Potter, Michael - Senior Scientist
Mr. Michael Potter joined RJLG in 2000 as a senior scientist with a background in scanning electron microscopy. Since that time, he has assisted in a project involving various steel manufacturers to develop an automated tool built upon an SEM platform that is capable of detecting defects in steel heats during processing. As part of this undertaking, Mr. Potter received the American Iron and Steel Institute Medal for 2003.
Powers, Sr., William H. - Manager, Optical Microscopy Services
Mr. William Powers has nearly 50 years of experience as a geologist. He is worked on hundreds of projects, including the determination of asbestos minerals in bulk materials and soil samples, quantitative mineralogy of building materials by light microscopy for litigation services, determinative mineralogy of rock quarry samples by light microscopy, petrographic examination of refractory materials for the steel industry, on-site laboratory assessor for asbestos certification under the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program of the US Department of Commerce, and forensic study of gunshot residue by a primer manufacturer.
Rickabaugh, Keith - Director, Materials and Analytical Services
Mr. Keith Rickabaugh has more than 15 years of experience in materials and analytical services. At RJLG, he coordinates the daily operations of a staff of highly trained technical specialists in materials and particle characterization. His focus includes resource allocation, project coordination, method development, and implementation of appropriate laboratory methodologies for commercial, government and litigation related projects. A background in industrial hygiene sampling aides Mr. Rickabaugh in providing technical consulting services to a variety of clients.
