RJ Lee Group is pleased to announce that Marc Hugus has accepted the position of Manager of Laboratory Sales and Business Development of RJ Lee Group. Based in our Monroeville, Pa., office outside Pittsburgh, Marc has a history of working successfully with clients to coordinate their requirements with RJLG’s laboratory and consulting teams. For over 25 years, he has worked in consultative sales and technical product marketing, and will use this experience in laboratory sales, account management, and marketing management to further the company’s business development goals.
“I’ve been fortunate to have had a number of very good mentors throughout my career. Among the lessons I’ve learned are patience, that sales is a team effort, and communication is critical for a sales team to meet its overall sales objectives,” he said.
Marc will focus on fostering two-way communication and cooperation both inside and outside the company, with the business development and sales team members acting as consultative sales professionals to promote the company and identify and pursue opportunities. The projects will then then be transitioned to operations and our scientific professionals to deliver the services and support to meet the client’s needs.
