RJ Lee Group is a federal contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, which requires federal contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified disabled veterans, recently separated veterans, other protected veterans, and Armed Forces service medal veterans (collectively, “Covered Veterans”). In addition, RJLG is subject to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which requires federal contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified individuals with disabilities.

Employment decisions at the Company are based on legitimate, non-discriminatory criteria that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.  All personnel actions or programs that affect qualified individuals with disabilities or Covered Veterans, such as employment, upgrading, demotion or transfer, recruitment, advertising, termination, rate of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for training, will be made without discrimination based upon the individual’s physical or mental disability or veterans’ status.

A copy of RJ Lee Group’s full affirmative action program for Covered Veterans and qualified individuals with disabilities is available to any employee or applicant for employment for inspection upon request. The plan may be viewed at the Human Resources Office of the Monroeville Headquarters during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
