Duane Conley joined RJ Lee Group in early 2013 and quickly helped position growth opportunities in the company’s Information and Software Solutions organization. Duane’s extended experience in delivery, sales, pursuit, complex negotiating, customer issue resolution, and program management, as well as with business, financial and people management have helped revitalize our growth strategies for new and existing customers, as well as expand our emphasis on excellent customer service for every customer.
His current role includes developing and implementing growth strategies across the company’s Department of Defense business, as well as our commercial and forensic lab management software business. In addition to developing new customers, Duane focuses on learning more about existing customers’ needs across their organization, developing business partnerships and allowing RJ Lee Group to provide more extensive services.
Much of Duane’s last ten years have been in senior positions, where he was heavily involved in the business management and client relations side while creating the overall strategies with pursuit/sales teams for deal capture and negotiations. Prior to joining RJ Lee Group, Duane spent more than 20 years with Hewlett-Packard, involved in a variety of business growth and management roles including: Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector Sales; Sales Management; Capture Management; Strategic Negotiations; and Program/Business Management. His expertise includes 16 years of experience across a breadth of federal/state/local government customers including most of the top 10 Public Sector System Integrators, as well as Subcontractors including small minority and disadvantaged businesses. Duane has recently held a Department of Defense Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance, which may be reactivated if needed.
