Mr. Lockrem works with RJ Lee Group’s Columbia Basin Analytical Laboratories (formerly Center for Laboratory Sciences) in the field of technology development. He has more than 35 years’ experience in environmental chemistry and geochemistry and has been active in research, testing, commercial development, field operation, and management of administrative and applied technology for both industry and government agencies. Mr. Lockrem has been on the DOE Hanford Advisory Board with the primary mission to provide informed recommendations and advice on selected major policy issues related to the cleanup to the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Washington Department of Ecology. He has managed environmental assessment, operation and maintenance plans, and project design and implementation for industrial hygiene, air monitoring and work practice observation and inspection for clients that include the DOE and the Department of the Navy.
